Absolutely amazing experience The staff here were extremely helpful and genuinely kind from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about the level of customer service I received. Taylor S. was the best sales associate I’ve ever dealt with — professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this store to anyone — they truly care about their customers. Puppies ‘N Love genuinely care and its refreshing.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received during our recent visit. The employee who assisted us was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She showed incredible compassion not only towards us as customers, but more importantly towards the puppy we were purchasing. Her genuine care for the animals truly stood out and gave us complete confidence in our decision. She was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. Her attentiveness and top-notch customer service made this such a positive and memorable experience for our family. It’s rare to find someone who so clearly loves what they do and cares deeply about both the customers and the animals. We are so grateful for her help and would highly recommend this store thanks to her outstanding service! Thank you Mack, for welcoming Bentley to our family!!

A big thank you to Taylor and the team at Puppies N Love! Koa has settled in beautifully and is such a sweet addition to our family. He loves exploring the house, splashing in the puppy pool, playing in the backyard, and is doing great with potty training. We absolutely love him!

I can’t speak enough amazing things about this place! The staff, the quality of the dogs, and the overall experience has been absolutely incredible! They love these dogs like they were their own. Taylor and Brian are who we worked with specifically. They both were so kind, informative, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a very unique experience in how we got our puppy…it was between us and another family, and the other family put a deposit down before us (as we were standing there). I can’t tell you the pain we felt when we thought we lost the opportunity to have our sweet Brownie be ours!! We had a close cousin to us pass at a very young age tragically, and this dog shared her birthday wish made it all the more emotional and “meant to be.” Even though there was a deposit down, Taylor and Brian still continued to keep us in the loop with the status of the other family since the deposit only puts a temporary hold on the dog. Long story short ;), it was a back and forth mess for two weeks…but in the end the other family backed out and we got the call immediately that she was ours if we still wanted her! If it wasn’t for Taylor and Brian’s passion and care for these dogs, I know we wouldn’t have ever known the other family backed out. It is a miracle and a blessing to our family to have this angel pup in our lives. Thank you Taylor and Brian for EVERYTHING!!!

We recently adopted a Daneiff from Puppies in Love, and while our initial experience had some challenges, the store’s dedication to customer service and pet care truly stood out. Upon bringing our puppy, Gunner, home, we noticed he had a runny nose and a mild cough. Concerned for his health, we reached out to Stan at Puppies in Love, who promptly advised us to bring him back for evaluation. The store ensured Gunner received immediate veterinary care and kept him under their supervision for treatment, which lasted just over a week. During this time, Stan maintained excellent communication, providing regular updates and photos of Gunner’s progress. We were also given the opportunity to visit him, which reassured us that he was receiving quality care. Stan’s commitment to both the well-being of the pets and customer satisfaction was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. Puppies in Love demonstrated a high level of responsibility and professionalism in handling our concerns. Their willingness to address the situation with transparency and care left us feeling confident in their service. We truly appreciate the dedication of their team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable pet store.

Absolutely Amazing staff here at this specific location! Michael is who we purchased our sweet baby Cockapoo Lola through he has been excellent every step of the way, so kind and helpful. Stan has gone above and beyond for us, Taylor was so educational and so patient with us , Haley, and the rest of the front crew as well as the amazing vet techs they have all taken such good care of Lola and us every time we came in. The customer service here is top notch, and I can say that as I helped my sister at another location and it was nowhere near the level of service as we have gotten here. We visited our puppy every single day sometimes 2x a day until she was ready to come home and they always let us take as much time as we wanted and never rushed us. We appreciate every single one of the staff members here. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone!!!!

I recently visited Puppies N Love and had a very positive experience. The environment was welcoming, organized, and supportive from the start. The process of bringing home a puppy was clearly explained and handled efficiently, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. James stood out for his professionalism and willingness to help. He was attentive, patient, and more than willing to assist with anything I needed without hesitation. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the process, which made a noticeable difference. Overall, I truly enjoyed getting a puppy from Puppies N Love. The experience was smooth and well-managed, I cannot thank James enough as he played a key role in making it easy and enjoyable.

I came in today just to see all the puppies and happened to notice a lab puppy available for adoption. Unfortunately, I recently experienced the loss of my own yellow lab and really just wanted to spend a moment petting the little guy. James was kind enough to not only let me pet the lil guy, but also gave me time in a room to get some much-needed love from that lil ball of joy. He took time out of his shift to allow me to play with the dog and shared how losing a dog is incredibly hard, but worth the grief for all the memories and moments of love they give us. Thank you for all the time and kindness you gave me today, James. You are truly a gem of a person and an employee!
